As Peterbrooke Chocolatier gears up for Valentine’s Day, one of the store’s busiest times of the year, the pressure is on to ensure its chocolate is of the highest quality according to a recent story in the Gwinnett Daily Post.
The chocolatier makes almost all of its merchandise in-store, which is part of what makes the brand so unique, said Scott Gottuso, a chocolatier at The Forum at Peachtree Corners’ Peterbrooke Chocolatier.
But with only a limited time to work with the chocolate once it’s tempered daily, Gottuso’s days leading up to Feb. 14 are busy ones, filled with orders ranging from chocolate-covered strawberries to the store’s well-loved chocolate popcorn to chocolate bouquets and chocolate gift buckets.
